The well renowned  math rock band from Oxford, England plan to release their newest album on January 22nd, 2013. Anticipation for the album within the math rock community is at an all time high. Two songs are available to listen to right now, but the rest are still a mystery. This Town Needs Gun's previous vocalist really gave the band their unique sound, and many fans were concerned when he left the band at the end of their last EP. With the release of the new album's two songs, entitled "Cat Fantastic"  and "Left Aligned", most of the concern has ceased, and the newest member and vocalist to the band, Henry Tremain, is being welcomed with open arms. His voice and style fits right along with TTNG's classic feeling. This new album is currently my most anticipated of 2013.

Incredible musician from Poland, his music is a woven blend of jazz and metal styles. The music feels godlike and divine, the guitarist's talent is just off the charts. He seems to be rather unheard off, I hope he plans to release more music but I believe this is all there is, but it is more than enough to start with. The production quality is amazing considering its only a demo.

Native - "Books On Tape" Live

This band has been a major source of influence to me, raspy almost inaudible vocals contain something true and real. Their upcoming release is my most anticipated album of 2013, not to mention the U.S. tour that should follow after it. If you haven't given Native a chance yet, get to know them in the meantime.
